The Saruni is a high end residential development in Riverside. The building was initially painted with scaffolding but certain parts of the wall structure had defects and required surface treatment and repainting. It was unfeasible to re-erect scaffolding at site given the cost and time required and the disruption caused by re-erecting scaffolding. PAS was able to access the affected areas via rope access in a safe, fast, and non-disruptive manner to conduct surface treatment and repainting thereby solving the client’s challenge.
