The Promenade is a high end commercial building located on General Mathenge Road, Nairobi.

The client had no access system to reach the exterior glasses or facade for repair or maintenance. PAS has installed anchor bolts around the rooftops thereby providing a long term, safe, efficient, flexible, and non-disruptive access system for works at height.

Thereafter, window and facade cleaning has been conducted utilizing these same installed anchors.
