Sanlam Tower is a commercial tower located on Wayaki Way, Nairobi. Cradles were unable to access certain elevations due to the facade design and the presence of vertical fins obstructing access to the glasses. PAS executed gasket replacement and sealant application to waterproof the facade. All works executed via rope access. A leak detection exercise was conducted post works, with no leaks reported.
