NCBA Bank wanted to install a sign in a very challenging location at height in BBS Mall.

Access was not feasible via scaffolding given the long setup time and the fact that work could only be executed at night after the mall was closed.

PAS has executed the sign installation safely, efficiently, and in a non-disruptive manner via rope access. A pulley system was created to haul individual pieces of the sign up and assembly and installation was executed via rope access.
