Crystal Edge is a high end apartment block, comprising 3 towers, located on General Mathenge Road, Westlands. The towers had suffered significant deterioration including paint discoloration and erosion, cracks in the wall structure, erosion of window gaskets and sealant across joints, permanent stain marks on windows, rotting wood and wood discoloration and more.

PAS has executed refurbishment works – via rope access – to rehabilitate the structure and provide a fresh new look including:(i) crack repair and wall treatment; (ii) repainting (textured and silicone based paints); (iii) sealant and mastic works to waterproof the facade; (iv) glass de-staining and buffing to provide a perfect shine
