The Promenade is a high-end commercial building located on General Mathenge, Nairobi.

The Promenade had no access system for works at height and traditional access systems (scaffolding and cradles) were unable to provide safe and efficienct access.

PAS executed anchor bolts installation across the perimeter of the rooftop thereby providing The Promenade with a long term, safe, efficient, comprehensive, flexible, and non-disruptive access system.

The PAS team also executed external window and façade cleaning and inspection works utilizing the same installed anchors.
