Nauras Towers comprises two luxury residential towers in Nyali, Mombasa. Textured paint was applied to the exterior of the towers, but the application was very poorly done by the original sub-contractor, in terms of an inconsistent pattern and unevenness. Moreover, the scaffolding had been removed from site meaning access for rectification was impossible. The client was stuck and considered paying a huge sum to re-erect scaffolding across the towers.

PAS was able to conduct paint rectification works by using a consistent application pattern and smoothing uneven areas across both towers quickly, securely, comprehensively, and in a non-disruptive manner via rope access thereby saving the client significant time, money, and mitigating reputational risks for the client.
