PAS executed the full repaint of the exterior structure of Lavington Mall including rectification of several cracks and other surface issues prior to painting. The areas posed a complex access challenge – scaffolding and cradles were unable to reach. Moreover, the interior atrium also entailed several access challenges which were overcome via rope access. All works were executed safely, efficiently, and in a non-disruptive manner (i.e. no shut down of the mall or restrictions to mall operations) via rope access.
