Sunset Park is a high end apartment tower located next to Mwanzi market, Westlands. The client realized that access for works at height would be challenging, post construction, and has provisioned ahead by installing anchors to facilitate rope access. More than 275 anchors installed in the RC upstand across the perimeter of the rooftop thereby providing comprehensive (360-degree) access to the tower.
