Landmark Holdings is constructing a 4 tower apartment block in Kilimani. The contractor was able to remove all the scaffolding from site, immediately after plastering the building. PAS executed the first paint of the building across the exterior structure and interior voids covering more than 50,000 SQM. A combination of textured paint and matt paint was applied. All painting execution was done via rope access – four times faster compared to scaffolding – and the contractor was able to save money by removing scaffolding early from site.
